With over thirty years of experience in human resources and human capital consulting, Mr. Hakim brings deep industry expertise across strategic HR advisory, organizational development, and human capital management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
His counsel is grounded in decades of hands-on experience helping organizations build stronger workforce strategies and navigate complex human capital challenges.
